Mac Studio Fix Powder Foundation Review

Its not often that I find make-up that I love and I am definitely not one to rave about a product that doesn't work for me even if it does for everyone else. I have been let down by most make-up brands with certain products and in this case Mac also. Not every product of theirs that I've purchased has made its way in to my holy grail however some certainly have!

Usually if I purchase a product that isn't that great I'll plod along and use it until its finished just so I don't feel like I've waisted my money however buying the Mac Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation was in no way a mistake! I swear by this product.

The product claims to be a "one-step powder and foundation that provides a smooth, flawless, all matte, medium to full coverage finish. Long-wearing, and it's velvety texture allows the skin to breath" I can say it pretty much ticks all those boxes!

Some people wear this as a foundation alone however for me it doesn't completely cancel out any redness therefore I apply this over concealer or a thin layer of foundation to secure it and for me it works wonders.

Berry Smoothie ft. Russell Hobbs Blender

Last week I went shopping for the famous Nutribullet .
I came across all different types of blenders but none quite like it. I remembered I had spoken to a friend with a similar blender to the Nutibullet just a different make so I had another look and found a Russell Hobbs one. It was 35€ and it works a dream!
Every morning since I bought it I have been making different smoothies and seeing as I'm off school today I decided to document it!

INGREDIENTS

- 4 tble spoons Porridge oats

- 1 Greek yoghurt with sugar

- Handful of blackberries & raspberries (your choice of berries)

- Honey

- Semi-skimmed milk

BLEND!

Picnics and Polaroids!

This school week had been very draining and I was up for nothing but a relaxing weekend. When my mum asked me if I wanted to do anything, out of nowhere I thought... picnic!
We cooked some savoury goodies and popped them in a bag along with some biscuits and treats too, we rolled up a blanket and popped that in, grabbed the dogs leads and off we went!
The weather wasn't all that great where we were so we decided to go to Paloma Park, a huge park 40 minutes from where we live and yes the sun was shinning!

Because it was just the two of us we had no one to take a picture of us, and trying to put my camera on timer with the dogs walking in front of it was a massive fail and we could just not stop laughing! Finally i plucked up the courage to ask a young boy and it turned out great!

Lastly, I took about 5432 photos of my two beautiful doggies and settled on these two being my favourite!

Hope you are all enjoying my blog and also are having a lovely weekend!

Barbecue Fish, Avocado & Tomato Salad.

With autumn here I am beginning to eat more warm foods and less salads however I have a variety in this meal as my fish was toasty hot but my avocado was ready to be eaten and I couldn't resist.

Along side my barbecue fish, I cut up half an avocado and seasoned it with olive oil, paprika and chilli seeds and then went ahead and made a tomato and low fat, skimmed milk cheese salad which was to die for.

I have never done a blogpost on food before therefore if you want to see more let me know and if its not for you skip this one and ill see you soon in a beauty/fashion related post very shortly!

What I Got For My 16th Birthday!

I've been Youtubing and Blogging for almost 2 years now and never filmed or written a "What I got  for my birthday" purely because I have never wanted to feel like I'm boasting about what I have been given. However, these posts are one of my favourite to read and I personally would love to share with you all how lucky I have been! I have not taking photos of everything, as I got lots of little bits, sentimental gifts, clothes and money which I didn't want to blog. Disclaimer! *I am not bragging!*

And lots more amazing gifts!

A huge thank you to my parents, brother and best friends whom spoilt me rotten and of course to everyone else who bought me a present and made my birthday one of the best yet!
